This liquid eyeliner flows through an internal ball shaker to a brush tip composed of flexible fibers for an easy eyeliner application that hugs the lash line and doesn’t drag or skip.
The highly pigmented formula dries quickly to a long-wearing, smudge-resistant finish lasting up to 12 hours.
Directions
– Shake liquid eyeliner pen.
– Glide brush tip along lash line, hugging as close to lashes as possible.
– Use to create an everyday eyeliner look, winged eyeliner, cat eye, or graphic eyeliner.
– For best results, store on the side when not in use.
