With its soft, creamy formula, this No 1. Pencil Creamy Long-Wearing Eyeliner glides on in seconds and doesn’t skip, tug, or transfer.

Use it to create pigmented, crisp lines, or smudge and blend before it sets to a water – and transfer resistant demi-matte finish that wears for up to 12 hours.

Directions

– Apply to upper and lower lash lines as desired.
– Use to define eyes or create a graphic eyeliner design.
– For a smoky effect, blend and buff out before the formula dries down.
– Also suitable to use on the waterline and tightline.
