Directions

– Apply a small amount of Aqua Brow on a spatula or the back of your hand.
– Using a slanted brush, fill in any sparse areas and then blend for a natural result.
– Use a fine brush to draw individual hairs.

To be removed with a waterproof eye make-up remover.
