Directions

SUGGESTED USE: Step 1: Brush brow hairs upward using the long-bristled side of the wand.
Step 2: Backcomb brow hairs using the short-bristled side of the wand.
Step 3: Wiggle wand back and forth to deposit color onto skin.
Step 4: Forward comb brow hairs to style and lock into place.
Step 5: Use the wand tip to fill in sparse areas. Step 6: Build volume and tint as desired.
