Directions
– Using the definer end, start at the head of the brow and apply powder or gel with short, even strokes in an upward, outward motion toward the arch.
– At the tail, flip to the narrow edge of the brush for more precise application.
– Then lightly comb through brows with the spoolie to blend out colour.
