Apply Percy & Reed Turn Up The Volume Volumising No Oil Oil For Fine Hair to towel-dried hair.

– Dispense 1 to 2 pumps into palms.
– Warm between hands.
– Apply to the roots and spread through hair lengths.
– Dry and style as usual.
