Can be used in your AM & PM skincare routine.

After cleansing apply a pea-sized amount of Excess Oil Solution with 20% Niacinamide and massage into the face and neck.

Follow with your preferred moisturizer.

THE INKEY LIST don’t recommend using this product at the same time as Vitamin C. Use on alternate mornings.
